Nature Morte

At his first steps in Art, Vasilis Bottas experimented a lot with Nature Morte and especially flowers. In these artworks of his early artistic career, we can see the excellent rendering of Expressionism floral paintings, we see the strong colour that fills the leaves and very powerful, vivid paint brushes. The background, simple, with warm or cold colours gives skilfully the depth and a three dimension effect bringing out skilfully the vase with the flowers.
